David (Forest Hill guitar lessons)

David is a talented guitarist, session musician and guitar teacher based in South East London.

Taking inspiration from the likes of Steve Cropper, Danny Gatton, Jimmie Vaughan and Doc Watson, David has spent over two decades immersed in American roots guitar, playing blues, country, rockabilly, soul, R&B, bluegrass and folk on both acoustic and electric guitar.

As a working session musician, his recent credits include performing with Tejano artist Luna Roja for Sendero Provisions, a Texas clothing brand.

A graduate of the Brighton Institute of Modern Music, David has over a decade of experience as a guitar teacher in schools and across South London.

David holds a Rockschool Electric Guitar Grade 8 (Distinction) and a Level 5 Professional Diploma in Music Performance (Distinction).

David teaches guitar from beginner to diploma level.

He is currently available for guitar lessons in the following parts of South East London:
